Returns & Exchanges

Returns for refund to original payment method must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Late returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges will be accepted for the same style in a different size, all exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.

Return and exchange costs are not covered by Mithuna. 

Mithuna reserves the right to refuse any returns and exchanges which do not meet our return policy requirements.
